Memorandum of Agreement


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

That I, Robin, of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at Panabo Davao del Surfor and in consideration of a dinner treat and other valuable consideration, agreement of which is hereby acknowledge for JayR likewise of legal age and with postal address at Davao City Davao del Sur hereby agreed and conveyed unto said proposal described as follows:

I, hereby warrant that i will treat JayR to a dinner extravaganza all expense paid if and when I will be able to meet and/or communicate again the person whom I had a one night stand after I watch Freestyle concert at the venue. That the duration of the agreement will take effect for one month. If and when the I wont be able to meet the person again, JayR will treat me for dinner.

In Witness Thereof, I have hereunto affixed my hand this 28 day of May, 2005 at Davao City Philippines.
